Listen up foodies! The BIG cat is finally out of the bag: Fire Tiger Philippines is now ROARing in BGC! And with drinks named ‘The Majesty’ and ‘The Crown’, we’re pretty sure they’re serving milktea fit for royalty. Here’s what to order!
But wait first things first. Fire Tiger Philippines by Seoulcial Club offers two (2) kinds of drinks: Milktea Based and Milk Mix Based. And while this is the case, the thing that I generally liked about the drinks at Fire Tiger Philippines is that they weren’t too sweet. In fact, there are no sugar levels available when you order.
Instead, it’s their famous black sugar bubbles that make things sweet.
Milktea Based Drinks
Fire Tiger Milk Tea (Php 150.00 – HTD Fave)
I’ve said this before and I’m going to say it again. I’m a creature of habit and I like keeping things simple. So it’s a great thing the classic drink by Fire Tiger Philippines was deliciously satisfying! Here’s what the Fire Tiger Milk Tea is made of (top to bottom): Black Sugar Bubble, Brown Sugar Jelly, Black Sugar Syrup, Milktea, Creme Brulee, and torched Brown Sugar.
The Crown (Php 170.00)
One look at the menu of Fire Tiger Philippines BGC and The Crown got my instant attention. Torched toppings have always intrigued the milktea-loving me. But I didn’t exactly know what sits atop of this crowd favorite. Honestly, it looked like bacon covered in chocolate – and that excited me, hehe. I later found out that it was actually crispy black sugar, which was uniquely exciting as well!
Expect the following ingredients from The Crown: Black Sugar Bubble, Brown Sugar Jelly, Black Sugar Syrup, Milktea, Creme Brulee, and torched Crispy Black Sugar. Plus points for the evident yet smooth flavor of the oolong tea!
Milk Mixed Based Drinks
Fire Tiger Milk (Php 150.00)
Here’s the Fire Tiger Milk’s Anatomy: Black Sugar Bubble, Brown Sugar Jelly, Black Sugar Syrup, Mixed Milk, Creme Brulee, and torched Brown Sugar. It was okay but a little bland for my taste, to be honest. 🙂
Saving the best for last is The Majesty from Fire Tiger Philippines. And what exactly makes The Majesty fit for royalty? It has Black Sugar Bubble, Brown Sugar Jelly, Black Sugar Syrup, Mixed Milk, Creme Brulee, and Crispy Cheese. I loved how the creamy sweetness of the drink blended well with the salty flavor and texture of the crispy cheese on top. The one drink I truly deserved that week! Haha.
Craving for more texture in your milktea? Fire Tiger PH has a whole array of tasty add-ons for you. For only Php 20.00 more, choose from Boba, Pudding, Cornflakes, Diamond Pearl, Crispy Black Sugar, Brown Sugar Jelly, Crispy Cheese, and Creme Brulee. While extra Creme Brulee topping for The Crown will set you back an additional Php 40.00 (worth it!)
Where is Fire Tiger PH?
The first Fire Tiger Philippines by Seoulcialclub is located at B2, Bonifacio High Street BGC. Right where Pablo used to be. TEA you there!
